On March 13, 2019, the Deputy Director of the STI STI Mikhail Zavalny conducted training on improving the qualification of employees of the state executive service, subordinated to the Main Territorial Administration of Justice in Kharkiv region, on the procedure of drafting protocols on administrative offenses, provided for by Art. 183-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses – non-payment of alimony.
